CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: At Midnight Aesthetics we realize your time is very valuable and we hope that you will recognize that ours is as well. It is very important to us that we maintain a safe and smooth running business. To do so, we require a 48 hour notice for any cancellation or reschedule from the time of your appointment. Any missed appointments within this time frame will incur a 50% charge of service booked to the card on file. I have a zero tolerance policy for no shows, any no show will result in being blacklisted and a 100% charge of service to card on file. If your card is declined you will automatically be banned from booking again with us. Please know that you MUST fill out your forms and waivers within 48 hours of booking or your appointment will be cancelled. Any reschedules for the same appointment may be allowed up to 3x. On the fourth reschedule you will be required to put down a deposit to hold your appointment. When booking an appointment with Midnight Aesthetics you are acknowledging that you fully understand and agree to these terms and conditions. I also hereby give Midnight Aesthetics LLC permission to message me with promotional or infomational texts or emails. I will reach out to them directly by email if I wish to be unsubscribed from these messages/emails.
